An important milestone has been achieved with the sucessful project at Skipton, Yorkshire, which has demonstrated compression of biomethane back to the higher tiers of the gas network. This helps to overcome potential capacity restrictions for biomethane injection projects. An open day at Skipton was held on 17th October hosted by project partners Northern Gas Networks, National Grid and CNG Services.
