Dr. Hans-Thomas Fritzsche, until now, General Manager of the German SolarMax subsidiary, will transfer into the Board of Management of the company and as of now will take on the tasks of the CSO (Chief Sales Officer) along with Christoph von Bergen, CEO, and Dirk Hofmann, CFO.
Gerald Znoyek will assume the hitherto held role of Hans Fritzsche. He is responsible for supporting the Germany-wide existing customers and for the acquisition of new customers, as well as for selling SolarMax quality inverters and services.
In his new role as CSO and part of the company management, Hans Fritzsche will focus on the international business and will support SolarMax in developing further new markets and in expanding existing ones. Since, even if the growth in the field of photovoltaics is slowly decreasing in Europe, there is huge global potential. SolarMax wants to leverage this potential in order to implement the huge objective of a comprehensive energy turnaround.
