The Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal has invited parties to the Cherry Tree wind farm planning appeal to make submissions on whether it should defer making its decision for up to six months.
The suggested reason for the deferral is to allow the Tribunal to take account of the findings from current studies being undertaken by the National Health and Medical Research Council and the South Australian EPA.
Infigen is considering the suggested deferral, and will make submissions to the Tribunal next week on this issue.
