Heliocentris Energy Solutions AG announces the successful completion of a capital increase for cash contributions. The capital increase was carried out of the authorized capital. A total of 250,000 non-par value registered shares at a subscription price of EUR 6.00 per share were acquired by selected investors and strategic partners of the company. As a result, Heliocentris received gross proceeds (before expenses) from the issue in an amount of EUR 1.5m which are to be used for further expansion of the business.
