Acumentrics RUPS, LLC (www.acumentrics.com) announces that Steven Corbesero has been named vice president of sales and marketing. Corbesero has over 20 years of progressive corporate, sales, marketing and engineering responsibilities, during which he has demonstrated comprehensive business and product development expertise.
Most recently, Corbesero was with SIE Computing Solutions (formerly Carlo Gavazzi Inc.), a leading developer and manufacturer of rugged military and industrial embedded computer platforms. Corbesero’s roles at SIE included vice president of engineering, vice president of product marketing, and sales/business development executive. In the past three years, he led a team that captured 10 major design wins and penetrated new and existing accounts.
In his new role as vice president of sales and marketing for Acumentrics, Corbesero will lead the sales team and be responsible for building and maintaining effective relationships with prime military contractors, along with decision makers in the industrial, transportation and oil and gas markets.

Corbesero holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.
