We are responsible for capturing the full value potential of all marketed and traded products such as crude oil, liquids and natural gas. **Job Description** Please note that due to governmental restrictions, only Bahamian Nationals or persons with the right to work in the Bahamas should apply • Lead all Safety, Security and Sustainability aspects of Equinor South Riding Point operations • Ensure compliance with safety related regulatory requirements and governing standards that are applicable to Equinor Bahamas and the South Riding Point Terminal. • Provide SSU support to marine operations, maintenance and modifications, logistics, emergency response, oil movements, procurement, business support, and any other workstream that South Riding Point may be engaged in. • Take an active part in implementing SSU procedures to be aligned with legal and governing requirements • Responsible for contractor SSU Management (SSU in Supply Chain), ensuring pre-qualifications, SSU plans and contractor’s follow-up are in place • Implement Safety preventive programs • Ensure Terminal’s security protocols are in line with ISPS requirements • Maintain a functional and well-trained Emergency Response Organization • Lead incident investigations, identifying root causes and mitigation actions • Coordinate the training of personnel in areas of safety, including first aid, CPR, accident prevention and investigation, workplace inspections and others. • Responsible for delivering SSU related verifications/audits, as part of an assurance plan. • Facilitate risk identification/assessment workshops. • Responsible for providing precise SSU performance data, through constant quality control of man-hours and reporting of incidents. Prepare and distribute SSU performance reports, both to internal and external stakeholders, if applicable. **Qualifications** • Good knowledge of applicable SSU regulatory compliance requirements in Bahamas • A college or technical degree in safety, sustainability, industrial hygiene or associated fields is not mandatory, but desirable.
