Summary
The Solar Roof Sales Executive (DecoTech-GAF) position will be spearheading a new division of PosiGen which is integrating solar into new roof installations. (Rackless solar system is built into the roof). The Sales Executive will meet with and educate homeowners on the benefits of GAF's DecoTech System, solar power and energy efficiency home upgrades. Sales Executives from the roofing industry are also encouraged to apply.
Essential Job Functions
+ Speak with potential customers about GAF DecoTech Systems, in addition to PosiGen's clean energy solutions
+ Drive the creation of leads to meet sales goals
+ Meet and exceed all monthly sales goals
+ Collaborate with Telemarketing professionals to confirm in-home appointments
+ Provides a high level of customer service throughout the customer's lifecycle
+ 80-90% of work performed in the field

+ Highly persuasive, self-disciplined, and honest
+ A ‘no fear’ attitude towards networking and lead generating
+ Must be flexible and able to work weekend, evening, and holiday shifts
+ Committed sales executives that can manage a robust referral business as well as able to run consistent company leads (50/50 split)
Education/Experience
+ Four-year college degree preferred, but not required
+ Two or more years’ work experience in a quota-driven sales position, with a demonstrated history of meeting and exceeding required metrics
+ A demonstrated aptitude for cold calling, canvassing or otherwise building a book of business
+ In-Home sales experience preferred
+ Salesforce experience is a plus
+ Bilingual is a plus
+ Due to the nature of this position the following are required:
+ Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record; reliable transportation
+ Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal and drug screen
+ Must be able to obtain HIS Certification

Summary
Oversee CT Electrical operations, including but not limited to training electrical install teams, electrical permitting, coordinating with UI, designing line diagrams as well as managing State of CT code compliance.
Essential Job Functions
+ Inspect electrical systems, equipment or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustments or repair, and to assure compliance with state and local codes
+ Work with E-1 license holder to carry out Service Upgrades needed for interconnection
+ Meet with City and/or Town Inspectors to inspect the Solar installs
+ Energize, test and commission the solar systems with and without the utility
+ Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, or components using test equipment, hand tools and power tools to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem
+ Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, or processes to evaluate quality or performance
+ Direct or train workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring and equipment
+ Provide supervision of electrical crews on code issues and proper installation procedures
+ Repair or replace wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using hand or power tools
+ Install ground leads and connect power cables to equipment, such as motors
+ Follow organizational Policies and Procedures including OSHA requirements. Complete OSHA training as required
+ Oversee materials and equipment ordered to make sure that they are code compliant
+ Attend and/or run organization safety & other training meetings as required

+ Experience in bending tubing or conduit and fabricating, assembling and disassembling manufactured products by hand
+ Must be able to understand service or repair manuals
+ Experience in evaluating information to determine compliance with standards
+ Experience in performing safety inspections in construction or resource extraction settings and industrial, manufacturing or repair settings
+ Use of SmartDraw software, One Mile Up Panel Planner, Socrates Contractor's Library, and Project Management software
+ Must be able to successfully pass a pre-employment criminal, driving and drug screen
+ Must possess a current and valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record
