Currently, PSNA has an immediate opening available for an **Equipment Engineer.** **_Key tasks with respect to Module Production Section:_** + Standardization of equipment maintenance + Process improvement (Productivity & Yield) + Safe management of production equipment + Spare part coordination + Planning of process and equipment modification for new products & technology + To manage, sustain and achieve department KPI on daily or monthly basis **_The department KPI are as follows:_** + Production plan achievement rate (On-time delivery) + Productivity (Output per head) + Production yield + Production loss (Failure cost) + Production cost (Direct/Indirect labor, Depreciation, Indirect material, Power, Maintenance & Repair...) + Production machine capacity utilization **_Additional Responsibilities:_** + Work with Process Engineers and Maintenance Technicians on process control, production engineering and quality control issues + Solve issues as they occur in production process with the Engineering department and the Quality Control department + Coordinate with Product Development and Engineering Department for new products and new technology introduction issues + Introduction of new products (Primary mass production) + Help train new technicians on production equipment + Repair production equipment by troubleshooting for issues (Both Mechanical and Electrical repairs) + Help with maintenance planning for the production equipment + Offer input and suggestions for spare parts management and inventory + Monitor production progress and coordinate with related department for problem solving + Plan improvement activities for productivity, quality level and reduction of production costs + Promote and keep industrial health and safety within the company + Risk assessment of production process and equipment + Optimizing resources **_Ad-Hoc:_** + Conduct briefing on specific policies & procedures for employees/new hires + Any other related task assigned to you by the supervisor + Comply with Environmental Policy, Quality Policy, Safety Policy or other policy, which are enforced by the Company. **_Authority :_** + Responsible for department discipline/KPI performance + Financial approval limit according to Company Sanction rules + No direct reports **_Education & Experience:_** + Electrical Engineering degree strongly preferred.
