We work side by side with clients, from the planning stages to implementation, applying our expertise across strategy, technology, and regulatory matters to ensure program success. + Directly involved with Energy Cloud Transformation Team’s State Regulatory Offering through businesses development activities, including the development and revision of business plans; + Collaborate with State Regulatory Offering Team in the development of promotional/marketing materials; + Design, edit and development of thought pieces, ensure successful publishing in appropriate industry journals; + Actively contribute or lead State Regulatory Offering Team initiatives, such as webinars, workshops, industry meetings and client outreach efforts; + Identify potential clients and initiate outreach to develop client leads into project engagements; + Support client engagements to ensure timely and accurate deliverables; + Regularly participate in Team calls and lead regulatory project related administrative tasks; and + Other duties as assigned. + Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering or related discipline. + 5-7 years’ work experience in the electricity sector or equivalent technical experience. + Working knowledge of regulatory bodies and net metering. + Expertise in performance-based regulation. + Experience in community solar based design. + Experience with regulatory and legal compliance within the utilities industry. + Strong interpersonal and communication skills. + Proficiency in MS Office Applications, especially Excel and Access. **Preferred Qualifications** Above minimum qualifications and the following: + Master’s degree in engineering, science, business and/or economics discipline. + Frequently communicates with clients and coworkers and must be able to share information effectively + Strong conceptual, as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills + Work as a member of a team as well as be a self-motivator with ability to work independently + Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects in sometimes high-pressure situations simultaneously + Able to travel via airplane with minimal assistance to client sites across the US and potentially internationally + Usually remains stationary for the majority of the day + Regularly uses close visual acuity and operates computer equipment to prepare and analyze and transmit data The company offers competitive compensation packages including an incentive compensation plan, comprehensive medical/dental/life insurance, 401(k) and employee stock purchase plans. **_Navigant does not accept unsolicited resumes through or from search firms or staffing agencies.
