First Solars maintenance operations seeks candidates who believe in our mission of providing cost-advantaged solar technology through innovation, customer engagement, industry leadership and operational excellence. First Solars manufacturing engineering team works together to continuously improve product performance and yield, equipment performance and cost reduction in the manufacturing plants. They are responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain production and facility equipment according to safety, predictive and productive maintenance systems and processes to support the achievement of the sites business goals and objectives.
