Development and production Brazil (DPB) is responsible for the company’s operations and business development in Brazil. DPBs ambition is to develop safe and sustainable value growth in Brazil, shaping the future of energy and bringing progress for society. Equinor has been present in Brazil since 2001 and is located with head office in Rio de Janeiro. The company has a diverse portfolio with activities at all stages including: - Exploration licenses (Campos, Espirito Santo and Santos basin), - Operated producing asset: Peregrino field (Campos Basin), that is our largest operated international offshore operation; - Partner operated licenses: Roncador field (Campos Basin) in partnership with Petrobras - Project Development: BM-C-33 (Campos Basin) and Carcará (Pre-salt development in Santos basin) - Renewable energy: Apodi solar project in partnership with Scatec Solar (which is under construction in the Ceará state) Local Business Services (LBS) is a local shared services organisation that works in close collaboration with Global Business Services (GBS) and all Business Areas (BAs) present in Brazil. LBS is responsible for Human Resources (HR), Finance and Control (FC), Information Technology (IT), Facilities Management (FM) and Assistant Pool (AP). HR is responsible for all transactional HR services that includes Attraction, Recruitment and Induction, HR Operations and Compliance, Learning and Competence Development and has a dotted responsibility on Reward and Benefits. We collaborate across to provide the right services and support for more than 500 employees in Brazil, enabling efficient work days. We are an inclusive team that embraces diversity and new perspectives, so this position is for all including people with disability. **Job Description** This position is to work with Learning and Competence Development as part of the LBS HR Services organization in Brazil, focusing on providing learning advices, translating competence strategy into learning paths, implementing and following-up Equinor’s competence assurance system contemplating the different BAs with presence in the country. Main activities are: • Advise on the implementation of learning strategy and best practices; • High level design of local learning programs in alignment with local vendors and Equinor University • Identify and secure implementation of relevant learning activities in Brazil according to Brazil learning needs analysis and competence strategy; • Coordinate, implement and follow-up learning events and activity plan in collaboration with academy / portfolio responsible and local vendors; • Coordinate and advise the development of e-learnings and digital modules; • Coordinate learning administrative tasks in close cooperation with GBS HR LCD; • Secure strong follow up of mandatory training according to local legislation and Equinor requirements • Secure implementation of operational leadership and development programs; • Promote and communicate learning activities available in Equinor Brazil; • Facilitate the implementation of Equinor Competence Assurance System (CAMS) in Brazil, securing the integrity and quality of it in alignment with local legislation and GBS HR LCD; • Ensure integrity of CAMS (when implemented) and support competence management in the local organisation, including reporting and inputs to audits; • Management of local vendors of learning activities and competence assurance; • Standardize and implement global processes in Equinor Brazil. **Qualifications** • Solid experience in strategic learning and competence development preferably from international companies with operation offshore; • Large experience with Training and development for large companies; • Experience with LMS tool; • Good understanding of regulatory training requirements; • Project management skills; • Master or Bachelor degree; • Proficient verbal and written English communication skills • Digital mindset and capabilities; • Demonstrated ability to operate in rapidly changing and complex work environment; • Experience in vendor and international stakeholder management. • Relevant experience may compensate for formal qualifications. • 7-10 years of relevant experience preferred. **Personal Qualities** • Role model for Equinor’s values, leadership profile & safety expectations; • Strong ethical awareness and integrity; • Team player with the ability to work in a complex matrix organization; • Strong stakeholder management skills; • Analytics and problem solving skills; • Strong ability to work successfully in a fast paced, high volume and multi-tasking environment; • Ability to work with tight deadlines; • Flexible and able to embrace and drive change and improvement initiatives; • Self-driven with can do attitude; • Supportive and collaborative attitude. • Ability to live by our safety and security expectations. **We Offer** Not just a job: a career.
