M&F Talent has a client in the horticulture equipment field that is looking to onboard an experience Ecommerce Manager. Our client is internationally established in the hydroponics and controlled environmental agriculture industries. They offer cutting-edge technological solutions for modern horticulture operations ranging from vertical farming to greenhouse cultivation. Our client’s product base includes solutions for PH monitoring, water quality testing, environmental controls, fertigation, and smart grow room technology. Our client is looking for an ambitions and well-seasoned Ecommerce Manager to oversee their online presence with internet retailers such as Amazon. Location: SF Bay Area Responsibilities: Organize and coordinate the on-boarding of key merchant partners. Develop and carry out the strategic online marketing plans for web-based sales. Stay current with the online marketing environment and adapt their strategy to best serve the interests of the business. Study and keep pace with the competition in the horticulture field. Oversee online shopping experience with major online retailers such as Amazon. Collaborate with content developers, digital marketing departments, and customers in creating optimum web presence. Manage company ecommerce division and report to upper management. Communicate regularly with fulﬁllment center leadership to ensure on-time shipments. Collaborate with the marketing department to create and execute campaign strategy for brand partners on merchant partner sites. Communicate with outside agencies to execute paid search, re-targeting, and display strategy within performance goals. Negotiate business terms with brands and merchants. Qualifications: BA Degree in Business, Marketing, or Computer Science required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an Ecommerce Manager role. Expert knowledge of sales and marketing with online merchants such Amazon. Organized, analytical person with strong technical skills. Able to multitask effectively and problem-solve when needed. Expert written and verbal communication skills. Expert understanding of modern technology and social media. Mastery of spreadsheets, databases, financial analysis, website design, search engine optimization, and e-marketing strategy.
