Located in Lake Forest, CA
2nd Shift Monday to Friday 2:00 - 10:30pm (With OT can come in as late as 4pm - 8-10hr days), Saturday 8-10hrs
**$21-$24 per hour based off experience**
This client manufactures CNG fuel storage systems/tanks for trucks/big rigs.
You are required to stand, walk, or sit, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel and crouch. Moving Heavy Materials, Load and Unload
You will be asked to work in different stations, stations below:
**Rotomold Operator** - They are using the injection mold machines to make the tanks
**Winding Machine Operator** - winding machines to wrap the tanks with resin/protective layer (takes more training, a couple of weeks, because there is a lot of troubleshooting and working with carbon fiber)
**Trailer Assembler** - Getting tanks ready in the trucks, doing more pressure tests
**Tube Bending** - Installing and shaping all the metal tubing that goes around the tank, the safety equipment
**Adapter, Volumetric, EOL Domes/Labels** - measuring the tanks, checking that they're pressurized correctly (lowering into water tank, checking for bubbles), a lot of measuring, working with pressures a plus not necessary)
