The Account Executive is the Rocket Clicks ambassador to the communities they serve and client service leaders internally. This is an outside sales role and thus, looking for an individual that is passionate about creating and maintaining new relationships on a daily basis. By adding value to each interaction externally and internally, this individual will become a center of influence in the communities they engage in. Their efforts to solve problems earnestly and with a “Go-Giver” mentality will earn the trust of both clients and partners.  This trust will generate opportunities to engage Rocket Clicks services.  This role supports the fulfillment of those engagements and protects client interests throughout the engagement.


Responsibilities & Processes

Including the following. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Creates and implements effective sales strategies in order to achieve/exceed assigned sales targets

  • Prepares and presents sales presentations and proposals and drives client contract negotiations

  • Demonstrates a strong working knowledge of the solutions to address client inquiries and concerns

  • Prospecting, selling, business development, and quarterly revenue execution

  • Creates and sustains close relationships with the industry based on trust, reliability, networking, and consistency

  • Ability to overcome technical, sales, and business objections of prospective customers

  • Aggressively find new business opportunities through referral partners, networking, and client relationships.  

  • Active and consistent outreach to potential customers using internal tools such as Zoominfo, Dripify, and LinkedIn 

  • Brand Ambassador to communities we invest in

  • Execute sales processes when and however needed to ensure success

  • Send and execute contracts

  • Advocate for a win/win/win in client relationships (win for RC, win for the partner, and win trust within that community/referral source)

         + Office and Google Tools (Slides/PowerPoint, Docs/Word, Sheets/Excel)

         + Strong communication in person and virtual



  • 2+ years of experience in Sales or Business Development

  • Excellent communication, social, and organizational skills to build relationships based on trust, reliability, and consistency

  • Determined and self-motivated

  • Attention to detail, team player, and customer-focused insight


  • Prior experience in any sales function

  • Nice, but not necessary: 2+ years in a service industry

  • Experience working directly with C-Suite Executives

Job Type: Full-time


  • Annual base salary $50,000 plus bonus

  • Total compensation potential year 1: $80,000-$110,000

  • Total compensation potential year 2: $110,000-$170,000 

  • Total compensation potential year 3: $170,000-$350,000
