Job Summary:

Compiles and maintains accounts receivable records.    

Essential Job Functions:

  • Prepare and share invoices with customers on a daily basis.
  • Maintain all accounts receivable reports, spreadsheets (including past dues and short pays) and accounts receivable files.
  • Reconcile and obtain approval for any short-paid invoice and issue credit as appropriate.
  • Research customer discrepancies and past due accounts on a weekly basis.
  • Send out customer statements and answer all customer inquiries.
  • Review sales pricing daily.
  • Assist with month-end closing and account reconciliations.
  • Protect the organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • EDUCATION:                            High School or equivalent
  • EXPERIENCE:                          2 Years Preferred
