Self-starting, motivated team members wanted to join our growing agriculture organization to be an Agronomy Sales Representative to service and grow our customer base. Serve on the front line between our business and our customers and are a key component to our success. Building personal relationships with our customers to help them identify agronomic solutions and offer our high-quality products to help them enhance performance, increase productivity and maximize their return on investment. 


 


Responsibilities



  • Supports cooperative stated Vision, Mission, and Business Values

  • Projects a positive attitude to customers and employees always

  • Required to make seed, fertilizer, and chemical recommendations to growers

  • Work alongside fellow agronomists to carry out daily responsibilities

  • Keep up to date on all agronomy services and technology

  • Provides outstanding and courteous customer service

  • Promotion of chemical, seed, fertilizer products that will best serve our customers

  • Maintain and grow agronomy sales based off yearly budgeted goals

  • Plus, other tasks that may arise


 


Sales Agronomist Requirements



  • Agronomy related experience preferred, not required

  • A degree in Agronomy/Agriculture preferred or equivalent experience

  • Self-motivated, ability to work independently and with a team
