Arcadia Solar is a family-owned company that has been selling and installing solar since 2009. We are seeking highly motivated and outgoing individuals to join our El Paso Solar Sales Team as Door-to-Door Solar Appointment Setters. Your responsibility is not to close sales, but to set up consultations for homeowners with our home energy experts. This position offers extremely competitive compensation, and excellent growth opportunities. Arcadia Solar highly values our Setters, so they make the same great commission that our Closers do. The average commission is $2,000 per sale. And don’t worry about waiting until it is installed to get paid. We pay a $250 advance on every qualified appointment you set, the week after the appointment happens. Get paid next week for activity from this week! Essential Functions Responsibilities:
- Conduct local door-to-door canvassing to set appointments for our energy experts.
- Attend regular team meetings.
- Engage and educate potential customers about the advantages of solar energy and working with our company.
- Achieve and exceed daily/weekly/monthly performance targets.
- Hold yourself to the professional standards and reputation of Arcadia Solar.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in door-to-door sales, appointment setting, or related fields is not required, but a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with homeowners effectively.
- Motivated by achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work outdoors and on your feet.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude.
- Comfortable working with technology (smartphones, apps, etc.) to manage leads and appointments.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
