Our ARRCs are a vital part of our organization, and we take pride in hiring the best in the industry. This is a full-time, permanent position. The individual selected for this role will be required to work onsite at the Duke Energy Renewable Services Operations facility in Canby, MN. This position will support Traveling Wind Technicians that are stationed across the connected 48 states. We are looking for an individual who can effectively communicate and work cross-functionally with a diverse group of resources to optimize our work management systems. The ideal candidate will also have experience in customer service or collaborating with different vendors, processing invoices, and managing inventory. Inventory management and retrieval of inventory parts, personal protective equipment (PPE), and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) supplies through Supply Chain and Material Management Managing tool asset calibration processes Completion of certain shop preventative maintenances (PM\'s) Perform quarterly inventory cycle counts Works closely with accounting and business services to ensure timely accurate month end closings New Vendor and Contractor set up verification Facility maintenance scheduling, planning and coordination Maintaining time reporting for numerous employees Document Control & Records Retention Coordination of contract workforce, site orientations, site tours, team gatherings, etc. Occasional facilitation of new hire onboarding and certain training Other tasks and projects as assigned from time to time. Forklift operation REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: High School/GED Valid Driver\'s License Candidate must live within 1 hour of the facility in Canby, MN Must be able to maintain a Forklift Certification Must be able to lift 50 lbs DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Proficient in computer applications such as Microsoft Office 365 applications, Maximo, CAPS, CMM as well as demonstrate ability to learn other applications. Experience in customer service or collaboration with outside vendors Experience in accounting, purchasing and/or inventory management Experience working in the Renewable Energy space Demonstrated ability to utilize File Net, SharePoint, Share Drives, copier, and fax machine for documentation control Demonstrated sense of urgency in their work, as well as maintaining confidentiality Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail Demonstrated ability to work in a self-directed environment and maintain multiple priorities while reporting to several different people Ability to simultaneously process and maintain routine monthly expenses on multiple projects Ability to utilize corporate accounts payable system (CAPS) in processing invoices and related payments to a variety of vendors and set up new vendors to receive payment through our CAPs system Ability to coordinate site orientations, tours, and projects Effective written and oral communication skills Detail-orientated and highly organized WORKING CO DITIONS: Valid Driver\'s License Onsite Mobility Classification - Work will be performed at the company facility in Canby, MN. Candidate will be required to live within an hour of the facility. Schedule - Normal hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST, however actual work hours will be determined by specific site needs and site management. Candidate may be required to work Mandatory Overtime during peak periods or due to business need. Environmental - Majority of the time is spent inside climate-controlled office (O&M) building with other time spent in shop and/or warehouse without climate control. When in the shop or warehouse, ARRC must be aware of risks including but not limited to slips, trips, falls, moving equipment and potential pinch points, and lifting. Lifting and carrying materials of at most 50 lbs.
