Commercial HVAC Installer

At Andgar, reliability, consistency, and stability are at the root of our reputation.  Andgar Mechanical LLC is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Installer. Candidates with at least 2 years of HVAC experience are encouraged to apply, this is not an entry level position.  This position has openings in Snohomish, Skagit, and Whatcom Counties.

Pay, Incentives, and Benefits:

  • Wage range for position: $20 - $48, DOE

Specific duties include:

  • Collect tools and materials necessary for daily work tasks, under direction of supervisor
  • Travel to job sites.
  • Assemble, hang, install sheet metal ducting, equipment, and associated HVAC related materials and supplies, as directed.
  • Proficient use of PPE for all construction tasks.
  • Identify opportunities for learning new skills, take initiative to find additional work when finished with given task.
  • Adheres to assigned work schedule (attendance and punctuality).
  • Responds to phone messages and emails in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable standards, policies, or procedures, maintaining a clean work area.
  • Seeks assistance as needed and asks questions in a timely manner and to appropriate staff.
  • Maintain professional appearance and attitude
  • Able to follow direction and use hand/power tools


  • Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record
  • Drug free including cannabis (Pre-employment and Random program)
  • Must be able to lift up-to 75 lbs.
  • EPA Certified, 06A or 06B, NATE Certified (Desired)
  • Critical thinking, assessment, problem-solving and documentation
  • Safe work mindset
