A Day In The Life As a Commercial Solar Advisor:

  • Develop robust relationships with decision-makers of commercial properties

  • Craft and present proposals including financing options, demonstrating maximum value through our ROI model and proposal template

  • Achieve a target of at least 12 sales in the first year, each with a minimum size of 200,000 KW.

  • Engage alliance partners strategically to drive opportunities, resulting in at least 3 sales through alliances in the first year.

  • Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure smooth coordination throughout projects.

  • Follow up promptly with clients for satisfaction, referrals, and additional projects.

  • Manage marketing leads effectively and developing self-generated leads.

  • Maintain prospect records in our CRM and Project Management Systems.

What We Are Looking For:

A trailblazer with (a/n):

  • 3-5 years of experience successfully selling value-based services, preferably to commercial property owners or non-profit organizations

  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills, ideally within a B2B service industry

  • Advanced critical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Knowledge of solar incentives, regulatory and tax information, and financing options

  • Ability to work independently, autonomously, and collaboratively

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Track record of identifying business opportunities and nurturing long-term relationships

  • Respectful and supportive attitude towards staff, co-workers, and management

How you will be compensated:

  • $75k/year, draw against highly competitive sales commissions
