Position SummaryÂ

​​The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods street-by-street to inspect, document, photograph and issue all violations within the community. This position requires travel as our Compliance Coordinator will split time between working on site at the community and being in the corproate office.Â

Key ResponsibilitiesÂ

+ ​​Inspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvalsÂ

+ ​ Maintain up-to-date and organized records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related dataÂ

+ ​Participate in meetings and work groups to maintain knowledge of new developments, policies, and guidelinesÂ

+ ​Monitor the community to maintain compliance with the community guidelinesÂ

+ ​Light office duties and use of small office equipment will be required​Â

Education and ExperienceÂ

+ ​​High School Diploma or equivalent requiredÂ

+ ​Previous experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is preferred​Â


Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentÂ

+ ​​Able to survey properties on foot as neededÂ

+ ​Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)Â

+ ​Must have a valid Driver’s license​Â


Work Location: Corporate Office, 161 E Rivulon Blvd Gilbert, AZ 85297; Rancho El Dorado, 20991 Butterfield Pkwy, Maricopa, AZ 85138

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p. Days are aplit between community location in Maricopa and corporate office in Gilbert.Â

Travel Requirements: ​Regular use of personal vehicle is required​.Â
