Position SummaryÂ



​​The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods street-by-street to inspect, document, photograph and issue all violations within the community.



Key ResponsibilitiesÂ





+ ​​Inspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvalsÂ



+ ​Maintain up-to-date and organized weekly records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related dataÂ



+ ​Participate in meetings and work groups to maintain knowledge of new developments, policies, and guidelinesÂ



+ ​Monitor the community to maintain compliance with the community guidelinesÂ



+ ​Light office duties and performing general administrative tasks will be requiredÂ

Education and ExperienceÂ





+ ​Previous experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is preferred​Â



+ HOA and property management experience is a plus





Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentÂ





+ ​​Able to survey properties on foot as neededÂ



+ ​Able to work in various weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)Â



+ ​Must have a valid Driver’s license​Â





Work Location: Desert Ridge, 5415 E High Street Phoenix, AZ 85054



Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8a – 5p



Travel Requirements: ​Regular use of personal vehicle is required​ to survey property
