Position SummaryÂ
ââThe Compliance Coordinator is responsible for regularly touring the neighborhoods street-by-street to inspect, document, photograph and issue all violations within the community.
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
+ ââInspect and document exterior modification projects throughout the residential community for conformity with prior written approvalsÂ
+ âMaintain up-to-date and organized weekly records of inspection reports, violations, and other compliance-related dataÂ
+ âParticipate in meetings and work groups to maintain knowledge of new developments, policies, and guidelinesÂ
+ âMonitor the community to maintain compliance with the community guidelinesÂ
+ âLight office duties and performing general administrative tasks will be requiredÂ

Education and ExperienceÂ
+ âPrevious experience in compliance monitoring, property management, or related field is preferredâÂ
+ HOA and property management experience is a plus
Physical Demands and Work EnvironmentÂ
+ ââAble to survey properties on foot as neededÂ
+ âAble to work in various weather conditions (i.e. heat, cold, rain, wind, etc.)Â
+ âMust have a valid Driverâs licenseâÂ
Work Location: Desert Ridge, 5415 E High Street Phoenix, AZ 85054
Work Hours: Monday â Friday, 8a â 5p
Travel Requirements: âRegular use of personal vehicle is requiredâ to survey property
