Job Description: 
Plan, execute and supervise reconstruction and mitigation projects while ensuring a high quality of service in all dealings with customers, clients, subcontractors and resource providers involved in reconstruction services. Manage the entire customer experience and overall customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with customer service and management of the customer experience.

  • Evaluate and sell projects

  • Educate customers on process

  • Monitor and ensure client requirements are followed.

  • Review and validate project file documentation.

  • Review estimates

  • Confirm and verify with CM/PM project scope of work is complete.

  • Maintain customer and client communications.

  • Maintain a strong list of sub contractors for all trades.

  • Interface with Subcontractors for availability.

  • Sign up new Subcontractors and maintain insurances and licensing.

  • Support CMs and PMs ensuring customer and client agreement on scope and estimate.

  • Ensure all paperwork is complete with customer and client.

  • Maintain and update project budgets

  • Maintain and update project schedule and timeline. 

  • Maintain Work-in-Progress (WIP) report.

  • Negotiate terms and set expectations with customers and clients

  • Train 


Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience as a Construction Project Management in residential environments

  • Developed relationships with qualified sub contractors

  • Superb customer service track record

  • Effective written and oral communication

  • Experience in cleaning/restoration field preferred

  • Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

  • Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat

  • Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing

  • Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights

Compensation: $65,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
