Duties and Responsibilities

You are a versatile player with advanced skills in the following aspects:

  • Develop, execute, analyze, and report on emails, landing pages and global templates.
  • Creating campaigns, building our emails and engagement sequences, building segmented lists, creating landing pages, and building automation to go with them.
  • Work with demand gen managers in your region to ensure processes and verify Pardot program logic.
  • Manage reports and dashboards to provide visibility in marketing campaign results.
  • Understand, set up and execute drip/nurture marketing campaigns.
  • Perform advanced segmentation with dynamic or static lists.
  • Test, deploy and measure conversion rates and programs ROI.
  • Provide best practices including email formatting, list management, optimization, data quality, hygiene, data cleansing and compliance (CAN-SPAM/CAS, GDPR...).
  • Conduct A/B testing.
  • Designing / working with program templates and tokens.
  • Keep the system maintained (smart lists, regional databases, opt-outs, bounces, Marketing suspended…)
  • Create and develop frequent reports (open rates, clicks, conversions) … and suggest best practices.
  • Suggest continuous recommendations to improve campaigns and results.
  • Take on other tasks as assigned by the manager related to Pardot and other marketing tools.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of digital marketing experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in (Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot or Pardot) and CRM platforms (preferably Salesforce).
  • Expert knowledge of digital marketing technologies and industry best practices.
  • Excellent skills to execute and report on multiple marketing projects at the same time.
  • Ability to perform in a fast-paced and high energy environment with attention to detail and quality.
  • Team player, well-organized, hands-on attitude, passion for work and willing to generate results.
  • Experience in the B2B sector especially in the Technology industry
  • Proficiency in English. Other languages are a plus.
  • A flexible, positive attitude with the ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment.
  • The ability to prioritize, organize, and balance short and long-term goals with a focus on the big picture.
