Job Description
Title: Digital Marketing Associate
Reporting to: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: REMOTE. Strong preference for professionals in the Eastern and Central time zones
The Digital Marketing Associate will be responsible for the execution of communicating our brand and driving clinician traffic across our various programs and platforms. They will collaborate with the marketing team, product, and analytics team to ensure they have the communication calendar, brand guidelines, product context, and key value-proposition data to then craft communications across Dermsquared multiple outreach channels. They will be responsible for the accuracy and timely release of communications. The Digital Marketing Associate is also a creative that will not only draft copy, but work with the Digital Marketing Manager to develop templates and designs. They will be accountable as part of the marketing team for driving clinician traffic.
The Digital Marketing Associate should be passionate about promotion and branding. They should be creative and resourceful about building messaging that will drive clinicians to the Dermsquared platform. They should have a natural curiosity to learn about our clinicians and how they tick. Solving problems with data is your go-to methodology and you encourage those around you to make positive changes based on data-driven insights. We want someone with a “growth mindset” that isn’t afraid to try new things.
Responsibilities
- Execute developing communications set forth from the communications calendar to reach the clinician audience
- Write copy and compile media/content/data necessary for those communications
- Ensure communications stick to brand guidelines
- Use data to innovate and refine messaging to better attract the audience
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and product owners to ensure messaging is in the right context for that product
- Assist in managing communications, customer, and social platforms
- Travel and assist with on-site marketing opportunities and events to drive clinician traffic
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, other business area, or quantitative field
- Minimum 0-2 years of experience in a digital marketing role
- Proficiency in Excel (formulas, vlookup, pivot tables)
- Knowledgeable and passionate about cutting edge marketing communications technology
- Posting experience across numerous social platforms and understanding of advanced configurations, analytics, and optimization
- Experience in healthcare marketing within an agency, pharma, device, or publisher is a plus. Extra consideration for experience for marketing directly with clinicians
- Experience with MailChimp (or other email CRM), Google Ad Manager, Google Analytics, and Cvent, a plus
