Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support and execute the B2C and B2B digital demand generation strategy
  • This includes the development of all inbound and outbound tactics (emails, landing pages, forms, CTAs, workflows, etc.)
  • Test and optimize the user experience to drive demand generation and conversion across all digital properties
  • Manage all technical aspects of marketing automation and CRM integration
  • Develop incremental reporting as required with the ability to compile and review raw data
  • Provide detailed analyses and regularly assess program effectiveness and make recommendations and optimizations on established key business metrics

Skills:

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience building digital marketing programs that fuel a direct-to-consumer and business-to-business sales pipeline
  • 3+ years working in a digital marketing or marketing automation role
  • Experience in both B2C and B2B marketing
  • Knowledge of digital marketing ecosystem, content marketing and social media
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Ability to interact with all stakeholders as well as outside vendors
  • Ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations to help improve customer experience
  • Experience with SEO, paid search, display advertising and remarketing
  • Bachelors in business, digital marketing, marketing or communications preferred
