Position Overview:
As a Digital Marketing Manager at TeleCloud, you will develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and generate leads for our telecom solutions. You will work closely with the sales team to enable them through marketing efforts and manage relationships with external marketing agencies and freelancers.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple channels for TeleCloud's solutions
● Manage and optimize PPC campaigns to drive traffic and conversions
● Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list management, segmentation, and automation
● Develop and execute social media advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement
● Monitor and analyze website traffic and other key metrics to identify areas for improvement
● Collaborate with internal sales teams to develop and execute sales enablement campaigns
● Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and freelancers
● Plan and execute marketing plans through a detailed content calendar
● Set up and manage webinars for TeleCloud's target audience
● Oversee TeleCloud's content marketing ecosystem, including managing a blog and podcast
Requirements:
● Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
● Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of successful campaigns
● B2B experience in the telecom industry, with sales enablement experience
● Familiarity with setting up and managing webinars
● Experience overseeing a content marketing ecosystem, including managing a blog and podcast
● Strong analytical skills and experience with Google Analytics, AdWords, and other digital marketing tools
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
● Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
● Experience with CRM systems such as Hubspot
● Ability to interface with sales teams to enable them through marketing efforts
● Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and freelancers
● Must be located in the East Coast Time Zone
Familiarity with the following software is a plus:
● Project management software such as Trello, Monday.com, or Asana
● Graphic design software such as Canva or InDesign
● Social media planning software such as HootSuite or Sprout
● Email marketing platforms such as MailChimp or Constant Contact
● Video editing software such as Premiere Pro, Camtasia, or Final Cut
