For this newly created position, we are looking for an experienced, data-driven Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. This person will lead online and mobile customer acquisition and end-to-end conversion strategy, from concepting and implementing to analyzing and optimizing. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of analytical, creative, and marketing skills to the role and is obsessed with generating traffic and optimizing conversion rates (CRO) at all stages of the funnel.
RESPONSIBILITIES
You will take the lead on our digital marketing efforts, including but not limited to:
- Development, execution and optimization of all online and mobile acquisition channels including SEO, SEM, and display
- Working closely with our Marketing Communications Manager to develop effective integrated cross-channel campaigns
- Optimize budgets, bids, and creative to meet and exceed a variety of KPIs (CPA, ROAS)
- Ensure an efficient lead capture and conversion process is in place across the site, creating and optimizing landing pages and other marketing automation assets and processes
- Scope and implement an affiliate program to drive traffic and conversions
- Keep updated on digital marketing trends and new platforms/tools to understand better how WeVideo can optimize marketing procedures
