Position Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Reports To: VP of Marketing
Leverage all aspects of paid digital marketing (search, display, video, social) including the planning, execution, and reporting of digital marketing initiatives. Focus on ROI and developing appropriate KPIs, reviewing quantitative data, analyzing campaign performance, and drawing conclusions based on results.
Collaborate with social media agency in planning and reviewing channels posts, visuals, messaging, shoots, guest engagement, overall social media strategy, and calendar management.
Assist supervisor in ensure that all communication is of one voice, and that the brand’s distinctive tone & manner is consistently communicated across all platforms.
Co-share updating of Bento Box website CMS and spearhead a topline monthly website analysis (via Google Analytics) as well as weekly competitive analyses of competitors’ website activity and social media initiatives.
Monitor customer engagement/reviews across all platforms and report back on potential trends; respond to posts appropriately.
Spearhead all locations’ Google My Business and maximize the brand’s participation in consumer-facing marketing initiatives; manage Open Table Experiences platform and explore other ways to amplify brand presence.
Manage digital advertising budgets, ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and achieve/surpass objectives.
Assist in overall brand strategy management alongside VP of Marketing.
Adept at a wide array of Marketing Manager skills, from budget tracking to creative/strategic thinking.
Restaurant Industry, food/beverage, wine/spirits experience a big plus.
Minimum 2 years experience.
Possesses in-depth digital marketing “toolbox” and a desire to demonstrate success via metrics and data.
Superlative communications skills (both written and oral in English), with a compelling vision for the brand. Ability to collaborate.
Excellent computer experience in Microsoft Office, but not limited to Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and has the ability to quickly learn new software.
Work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects/assignments with tight deadlines. Demonstrate a sense of urgency.
Team player who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment demonstrates integrity, open to learning, exhibits passion and enthusiasm, etc.
Microsoft office products, Facebook, Instagram, social media (Twitter/LinkedIn) sites; experience with Tik Tok a plus.
Essential: strong knowledge of Google My Business, Google Analytics, CMS functionality, and planning, setting up, and reporting on Facebook and IG campaigns.
