About this Role
The Outreach Coordinator I position is the entry level position in the Marketing Outreach team (aka Linkbuilding) and into Launch That. It is half outreach and half strategy. This position works with a variety of Launch That’s lines of business.
Our hybrid work model consists of work-from-home opportunities, with 3 recommended in-office days (T, W, TH) to maximize team collaboration and 2 WFH days (M, F). We believe in offering ongoing flexibility when it comes to the things that happen in life, like childcare, doctor appointments and the joys of homeownership!
The hourly rate for this position is $15/hour. This is not a salaried position.
Bonus Eligibility: This role is eligible for performance-based bonusing related to link building.
- Performance based bonuses can be achieved
- Entry level representatives annually average $31,200 - $35,000
Role Expectations
- To contact other website owners on behalf of our properties.
- To create and develop emails that convey our lines of business and engage recipients.
- To communicate effectively and consistently via email to assist your success.
- To reach monthly/quarterly link goals.
- To create link building search phrases on a weekly basis.
- To harvest contact information on a weekly basis.
- To assist with reports via data collection and ultimately report generation.
- Ability to communicate & work collaboratively.
- Ability to self-manage, drive initiatives & execute tasks to completion.
Quality Impact
- Detail oriented and has the ability to update statuses in a proprietary software database.
- Continual and efficient organization of email inbox to ensure prompt review and response of incoming correspondence from internal and external sources.
- Extensively work within a variety of Google Drive applications.
- Identify, research and ensure outreach contacts are high quality organizations/websites.
- Continuously driven and motivated on a day to day basis.

- A fundamental understanding of Internet search and an ability to learn more about it.

- To accurately log their daily work in an easy to understand and clear manner within the Marketing Outreach Team’s Daily Linkbuilding Report.
