Digital Marketing Project Manager

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for Clients
• Schedule meetings, capture meeting notes and produce regular status reports
• Manage all delivery timelines, project costs and resource allocation and utilization
• Assist in requirement gathering and solutioning
• Track content development and CMS entry tasks
• Prepare and present status and management reports
• Track and monitor project scope, risks, issues and action items
• Track and manage change controls and associated budget
• Create, manage and maintain all project documentation throughout the entire project lifecycle, from initiation through closure

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience as a project manager
• Experience successfully leading and directing project teams
• Familiarity with website creation tools (e.g. Wordpress, Drupal, etc.)
• Experience gathering and documentation web site requirements.
• Digital marketing and design background a plus
• Strong Agile Project Management experience
