Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist Data Entry Administrative to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and organizing various digital marketing campaigns and will be responsible for data entry administrative tasks. The candidate will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales through online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the development and implementation of digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms, including email, social media, display, and search.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns, including list segmentation and tracking of results.
• Manage and maintain social media profiles, including content creation, scheduling, and community management.
• Assist with the creation of marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and blog posts.
• Monitor and report on website and campaign analytics, including website traffic, social media engagement, and email open and click-through rates.
• Conduct research on industry trends and best practices, and make recommendations to the team for improvements.
• Perform data entry administrative tasks, including entering data into spreadsheets and databases, processing orders and invoices, and maintaining accurate records.
• Communicate with customers and partners via email and phone, and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Other duties as assigned.


• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of email marketing, social media, and display advertising.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and social media management tools.
• Experience with graphic design, video production, and web development is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
