Job Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work closely with the Marketing Program Strategist and Marketing Director to maintain and grow brand recognition across a wide number of digital touch points including social media, email, and website.

Job Description:

  • Execute brand strategy across multiple digital channels, including social posts, email marketing, blog updates, photo editing/design and website edits.

  • Ensure brand consistency and site usability.

  • Support, create and coordinate campaign materials and designs for brands as needed.

  • Provide customer service to clinicians and employers, acting as a liaison between users and IT for any technical issues or errors.

  • Become proficient in company database, extracting, and updating information as needed.

  • Engage in effective email marketing strategies to help guide user experience, and support brand building through social media posts and engagement.

  • Collect data and conduct marketing research as directed by the Marketing Director.

  • Conducts job duties in accordance with the Corporate Values and Culture.



  • Some marketing experience or related coursework.             

  • Accurate, well organized, attentive to detail, well organized, and strong communicator.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to effectively collaborate with others.

  • Good problem-solving abilities and not afraid to ask questions.

  • Adept at and have an enjoyment of working on social media and the internet.
