About the Position

Veda is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our rapidly growing team. You will be an integral collaborator within the marketing department, researching and optimizing our user’s digital experience, reporting directly to the Director of Marketing.

The Digital Marketing Specialist will oversee, update, and monitor Veda’s digital marketing assets including the Veda website, social media and digital media campaigns. All with the goal of maximizing quality lead generation delivery to our Growth Team. The ideal addition to our team will have proven experience crafting complex automation strategies and sequencing email campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

Website Administration

Oversee and manage Vedadata.com [wordpress]; Build and update web pages as needed
Manage our vendor partner Host/Dev support team
Web Analytics: manage and review our reporting platforms (3)
Provide Insights, Reporting and Optimization recommendations

Digital Engagement Monitoring

Monitor ABM campaigns (eblasts, paid campaigns)
Provide insights and recommendations to improve performance against KPIs (engagement/conversions)

Digital Media Ads

Set up, Monitor and optimize ad buys
Provide Insights, Reporting and Optimization recommendations

Social Media Execution and Engagement

Coordinating, Posting, and Monitoring of social media presence
Maintain updates

About You:

You have demonstrated ability to quickly learn about and understand complex products, and then break them down for simple comprehension with visual designs
You have excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to meet tight deadlines
You have executed an omnichannel approach to effectively deliver marketing content
You have a demonstrable eye for visual design and clear presentation of ideas
You could get lost in the rabbit hole of quantitative reporting and optimizations

Minimum Requirements:

4+ years of professional experience success developing digital B2B marketing assets
2+ years of experience in Wordpress administration
Comprehension of channel planning and customer journey mapping
Strong critical thinking and ability to learn about and understand complex products
Deep understanding of advertising fundamentals, including positioning, branding and principles, and strategy
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience
