Job Description:

The Digital Marketing Specialist, NA will define the global digital marketing strategy, build, and manage the MarTech environment and will deploy global and regional digital marketing programs for demand generation, brand awards and end user engagement in collaboration with global marketing and regional marketing teams. The role is focused on strategy and on operational deployment to ensure demand generation, increasing the digital footprint of the intraoral scanner business and driving the digitization of the customer journey and new commercial approaches to shift to more digital selling.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Deploy digital marketing strategies across different channels, including email, paid search, social media marketing, and web/landing pages
  • Develop and execute targeted email drip and nurture campaigns utilizing marketing automation (HubSpot) and data-mining CRM tools
  • Optimize campaigns using A/B and multivariate testing methodologies and improve conversion rate
  • Manage vendors/agencies to develop and optimize B2B and B2C websites/landing pages to generate, nurture, and convert leads to customers/patients
  • Plan and implement SEO/SEM strategies to drive qualified traffic
  • Manage and build Showpad ensuring marketing and sales assets are up to date and provide continuous training and guidance on usage, create new use cases and deploy new functionality
  • Partner with marketing managers, creative services, and agencies/vendors to develop and execute compelling content and creative assets
  • Supervises buildup of social media management and global content calendar
  • Track, report and optimize campaign results in terms of lead generation, sales conversion, revenue, and other metrics
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Events, Professional Education, Sales, Product Management, and IT to ensure optimization of digital marketing initiatives

Job Requirements:

    Minimum Requirements: 

    • 1-2 years digital marketing experience with demonstrated track record in developing and executing digital marketing strategies, including email, search engine and social media marketing
    • Experience with MS Dynamics or similar CRM tool
    • Experience with HubSpot marketing automation or similar tool
    • Experience with Google Analytics or Google AdWords
    • Paid social media experience (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

    Preferred Requirements:

    • Experience with marketing and sales enablement applications such as Showpad is a plus
    • Strong analytical acumen to evaluate effectiveness of digital campaigns
    • Ability to work in dynamic, fast paced environment, be hands-on in project management and execution (including writing/editing copy), while managing multiple projects and deadlines
    • Experience to work in complex matrix organization in multi-cultural settings.
    • Overnight travel up to 20% domestically
    • Fluent in English

The disclosed reasonable estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled.  At Envista, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The total compensation package for this position may also include an annual performance bonus, medical/dental/vision benefits, 401K match, and/or other applicable compensation plans.
