Overview






At CQ Partners, we help hearing healthcare practices grow and thrive. The CQ digital team focuses on breaking down barriers that keep patients from getting the care they need and on making it easier for practices to do business with us. We provide digital marketing services to practices including web development, online scheduling, demand generation, automation, and reporting. Our services help break down barriers that patients encounter along their journey to better hearing. By integrating patient experience, the practice’s office management system and CQ’s proprietary customer portal, we provide a seamless, friction-free experience for both patients and practices.

We are in search of an experienced, energetic Digital Strategist to help project us forward and stay ahead of the competition by leading the way with digital solutions, creative concepts and measurable offerings that help practices grow and thrive.









Responsibilities






  • Conduct research into market trends and identify opportunities to impact the hearing healthcare market, specifically our customers and the patients they serve.
  • Drive the use of digital channels for campaigns, both B-to-C and B-to-B.
  • Develop innovative, progressive digital strategies and high-value offerings for clients’ hearing healthcare practices.
  • Plan, manage and implement projects and digital programs. Perform analysis of current programs, measuring the ROI, forecast trends and suggest changes.
  • Understand the sales funnel and customer journey to create strategies that aligns with sales priorities
  • Monitor competition and consistently improve online content.
  • Stay up to date with technology and best practices.
  • May perform miscellaneous tasks/projects as directed by manager.








Qualifications






  • BA/BS Degree required.
  • Prior experience in leveraging digital channels and data to drive growth (healthcare a plus)
  • Innovative, curious, progressive mindset
  • Knack for staying ahead of trends, identifying creative solutions and understanding value of digital to today’s business.
  • Experience presenting/pitching concepts to a variety of audiences in a factual, accessible and convincing way
  • Practical knowledge of budgeting and ROI analysis
  • The right candidate will not only be able to help drive us forward with new ideas and strategies, but also can role up their sleeves and make things happen.
