Develops an information security vision and strategy that is aligned to organizational priorities and enables and facilitates the organization's business objectives and ensures senior stakeholder partnership. Responsible for overseeing and improving the Company’s cybersecurity environment which includes analyzing internal threat intelligence, reviewing current controls, analyzing current external threat reports, and collaborating on future solutions that support the overall mission of cybersecurity. *GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:*Conduct analysis and provide corporate guidance for information cybersecurity strategic planning. Establish standards and policies. Implement and recommend actions to strengthen the cybersecurity posture, enhance operational and threat detection processes. Develop and manage the budget for the Enterprise Information Security Solutions team. Responsible for communication plans and the coordination of projects from development to installation. Plan and manage projects, develop business cases, and assure that all necessary steps are taken to meet project goals and milestones. Identify the proper selection of cybersecurity tools that best fit the business and technology environment. Develop strong relationships with business partners, an understanding of business processes and provide technical consulting to other areas of the business. Manage a team of skilled compliance architects, cybersecurity architects, cybersecurity engineers, and analysts. Maintain professional and technical knowledge for self and the team through educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies. Act as a liaison between clients, vendors, and consultants. *EDUCATION:*Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or a related field; or a combination of post high school and experience equal to nine (9) years. *EXPERIENCE:*5 -10 years directly related cybersecurity experience required, with 5 years of leadership experience. *TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY*: One of these following certifications; CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional), CISM (Certified Information Security Manager) or CCISO (Certified Chief Information Security Officer). Technical understanding of digital forensics and incident response in accordance with NIST standards. Experience working and designing solutions that mee compliance standards for NIST, ISO, CMMC, PCI and DOD regulatory controls. Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel. *COMPETENCIES:* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including conveying technical information to technical and non-technical users. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal/external business partners. Ability to evaluate process effectiveness and develop changes or alternatives. Ability to prepare, monitor and administer budgets, as well as the ability to perform financial analysis. Ability to function effectively with, or as part of, a team. Ability to interface business applications with other systems. Ability to identify and/or document existing and new trends, as well as evaluate and predict their impact on the organization. Ability to provide subject matter expertise, counsel, and effectively influence others at various levels within the organization. Knowledge of and ability to conduct need, trend, feasibility, and performance assessments. Knowledge of the principles and practices of project planning, development, and evaluation as well as the ability to meet project deadlines. Knowledge of and ability to apply the principles and practices to strategically align tasks and people with organizational goals and objectives. Knowledge of standard programming languages, concepts, practices, and procedures. Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles, and practices of change management. Ability to understand technology impact and how it impacts each of the business units. Knowledge of and ability to apply the concepts, principles, and practices of change management. Knowledge of training methodology and the ability to develop and facilitate technical/operational training to others. *JOB SCOPE:*Position impacts the entire organization. *WORKING CONDITIONS:*Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and the like.
