Description

We are currently seeking a Director of Digital Marketing Strategy to join our team! The Director of Digital Marketing Strategy is responsible for leading and overseeing all digital marketing lead generation efforts in order to increase brand awareness and drive revenue to the company. This position will be responsible for all aspects of digital marketing that drive leads to the company. This position will partner with the Digital Marketing Application Specialist as well as our marketing partners to create cohesive and innovative programs for the families we serve. This position is based out of our corporate headquarters in Bensalem, PA.

The Impact You Will Make



  • Maintain and establish relationships with outside marketing vendors.

  • Track and report on all vendor performance.

  • Maintains frequent measurement on ROI and results of marketing channels and campaigns.

  • Drive digital marketing performance through strategic growth across website and digital programs owning the metrics and KPI attainment for the digital marketing funnel for lead generation and conversion rates.

  • Oversee SEO and SEM.

  • Assist on management of the social media platforms.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to measure content effectiveness and strategy.

  • Work with leaders across the department to align goals with business objectives.

  • Work with the field sales team and internal customers to strategies to engage current and new customers.

  • Proactively identify digital technology innovation and opportunities for growth.

  • Assist the Senior Director and SVP of Sales and Marketing with special projects as needed.

Qualifications

About You


Education and/or Experience:



  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing preferred.

  • Experience within the consumer services industry strongly preferred.

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a diverse marketing background including but not limited to digital marketing, SEO, SEM and Social Management

  • Experience working for a multi-site, multi-state organization preferred.

  • Ability to understand and use computer software that the department uses for employment, compliance, and reporting purposes. Specific Software Packages: MS Office and G Suite.

Work Environment:



  • Work environment is in a cubicle at the corporate office.

  • Role will include minimal travel as needed up to 25%.
