Job Description

What you will be doing

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field with 2-5 years experience at a PR, Digital or Integrated Marketing Agency, or SaaS brand
    • Service-oriented, collaborative mentality with the ability to juggle many complex projects across PR, social media, and content development.
    • Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and problem-solving skills
    • Proven experience leading a mix of small and large-scale projects
    • Ability to execute and measure multifaceted campaigns and day-to-day communications initiatives
    • A strong understanding of traditional media, social media trends, proven PR and content marketing strategies, and the ability to integrate campaign strategies and tactics across earned, owned, and paid media, and apply analytics to measure results and provide insights
    • Poise and calm under pressure and a desire to immerse yourself in the Siteimprove brand and business to become a true partner with stakeholders, executive leadership, and the broader marketing organization.
    • Obsessed with finding solutions to complex problems.

What we will require of you

    • Expert in best practices for the top social media platforms – with a curiosity for understanding new social platforms and tools
    • Proficiency in social media publishing, listening, and measurement tools
    • Passion for data and can quickly assess market movements to generate content that’s on brand, on point, and sometimes, on the fly
    • Ability to tell a story with an eye for detail, and mastery of both technical and aesthetic best practices for copy, images, and video across social platforms
    • Ability to navigate multiple stakeholders, platforms, and communities to ensure that strategies/goals are aligned
    • Detail-oriented creative problem solver with a passion for branding, marketing communications, and advertising
    • Ability to work autonomously while owning and building a collaborative social media content strategy and calendar that unites cross-org partners.
    • A driven risk taker who’s passionate and always thinking social-first
    • Desire to build in a fast-paced start-up environment with experienced industry leader

$76,500 - $93,500 a year
Base pay will depend on the position, individual qualifications, market, and other operational business needs.
