We are looking for an eCommerceSEO Marketer to join our Marketing team. If you have a passion for search engine optimization and are able to share ideas and collaborate in a team setting, then this role is perfect for you. This is a mid-level position with opportunity for growth.

At Groove Commerce, you’ll be responsible for executing the strategic direction of SEO marketing for our clients as well as ongoing execution and implementation. You should be able to answer key questions such as how brands are communicated and experienced through digital interactions, and how digital interactions turn into conversions, with a specific emphasis on driving revenue, return on investment, and quantifiable results.

What We Need You to Do:

Learn and leverage a variety of SEO tools & platforms like BrightEdge, Spyfu, Google Search Console, etc.
Maintain accountability in the utilization of search engine optimization, developing and executing strategies for our clients
Perform pre-launch and post-launch audits for website redesigns and migrations
Manage workflow process of SEO marketer deliverables:
Site audits and SEO strategies
Keyword research
On-page optimization
Content strategies
Technical analysis
Competitive analysis
Reporting
Assist in the execution of strategic marketing campaigns for clients across multiple media - paid search, display, video and social platforms by collaborating with other strategists
Determine quantifiable business goals, vertical trends and preferences and find opportunities to create competitive advantage through search engine optimization
Manage and communicate SEO services as a business strategy
Manage day-to-day account activity and client deliverables with attention to deadlines and detail
Educate clients and internal Groovers on best practices and overall education of SEO
Participate in project evaluations and assessment of projects as a way to improve the Groove product
Work with cross-functional teams to plan, implement and improve account performance aligned with client goals and initiatives
Provide benchmark and tracking reports to Client Success Managers, Clients and SEO Team on KPIs
Help create and execute educational initiatives for the SEO team and greater Groove team such as developing internal resources and training materials, and presenting them

About You:

3+ years of experience in SEO marketing and digital marketing
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
Certifications in Google Analytics, and others as needed
A deep understanding of digital marketing tactics across multiple channels including SEO, email marketing and social
Fanatical about metrics that matter to our clients - Traffic, Revenue, AOV, and CVR
Analytic mindset and experience with reporting tools
Deep knowledge and passion for eCommerce, digital marketing and innovation
Ability to work in an open, collaborative environment
Be able to handle multiple, competing priorities, meet deadlines, manage risk, and troubleshoot problems

$74,800 - $92,500 a year
