**Job Description**

As a Field Geologist, you will independently oversee subsurface exploration including drilling operations, soil/rock sampling, identification, field logging, geophysical testing, and geotechnical materials testing on a variety of projects primarily centered around renewable energy (wind and solar). You will travel to various job sites both in state and across the country and work in all types of terrain and weather conditions.

+ High school diploma or equivalent.

+ Degree in Geology or Geotechnical Engineering preferred.

+ Valid driver's license with a good driving history.

+ Ability to lift and carry equipment weighing 50 pounds or more.

+ The ability to travel 75% or more, and work on remote renewable energy developments.

+ The ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
