Field and Office Engineer: **DUTIES** -Perform interpretation of drawings and specifications for field crews, supervise craft workers, perform job duties utilizing AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, OST, LCP Tracker, SharePoint, and P6; develop Maintenance of Traffic Plans (MOT); and draft Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Services (RFSs), Request for Quotation (RFQs), Requestfor Proposals (RFPs), draft and review with team Job Hazard Assessment or Job Safety Assessment, develop, maintain and communicate short term schedules, develop crane lift plans,use cost control systems to review labor productivity and forecasting, assist in developing pricing for change orders, knowing and enforcing contract requirements, site logistics, safety, andquality. Responsibilities also include performing quantity calculations and determining percentage of completed/installed materials and work. Preparation of work plans for constructionoperations and supervise field operations. Plan, schedule, and coordinate work groups on the job site including subcontractors. Assist project manager with construction office duties. Work on a new drinking water treatment plant that will replace an existing 70-year plant and deliver most of the fresh water for the city. Design and build the new Prospect Lake Clean WaterCenter, which will feature state-of-the-art technology and produce 50 million gallons of water per day (MGD). It will also be designed to withstand the winds of a Category 5 hurricane. Plan,organize, and implement project engineering and project controls tasks by assisting with work plan development, implement and manage plans in Ineight Document Control, reporting,commodity tracking, quantity claiming, operations coordination meetings, assist with overall implementation, and execution of the Plan process. Support construction operations on water and wastewater projects. Please note the position does not have direct line management authority. The role only entailed project management supervision of employees, per the company\'s project related basis.\

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:**Bachelor\'s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related engineering fields (experience may follow or precede degree), and 2 years of experience involving water infrastructure market construction. Also, 1 year of experience stated herein to involve: (1) using [computer skills: AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, OST, LCP Tracker, SharePoint, and P6; (2) develop Maintenance of Traffic Plans; and (3) knowledge of RFIs, RFSs, RFQs, , RFPs, Job Hazzard Assessment or Job Safety Assessment, WBS breakdown, scheduling, crane lift plans, cost control, PCOs, contracts, specifications, drawings, labor production, site logistics, safety, and quality.]{new="" roman="" times=""}\
