Job Details:
- Job Type: Full Time
- Monday – Thursday work week – 4 x 10 hour days with opportunities for overtime pay
- $23 - $32 per hour depending on experience
- Quarterly safety bonus
- Annual performance bonus
- 2 weeks PTO. Accrued on a weekly basis

Job Responsibilities:
- Onsite project management while maintaining safety standards, quality assurance and control
- Lead daily safety meetings with all crew members upon arrival to job site
- Motivate, lead, train and mentor installation crew members
- Track time on site – complete daily onsite job time and materials reports
- Onsite customer service with clients during installation phase
- Complete post install walk-thru with client
- Follow building plan sets
- Maintain clean work site – daily cleanup before leaving the site
- Troubleshooting
- Maintain strict safety practices on all job sites – 0 injuries
Required Qualifications:
- Ability to work safely in accordance with OSHA and Company safety standards
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform heavy lifting/pushing/pulling of material weighing up to 75 pounds
- Ability to squat, crawl and work in confined spaces
- Unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity and depth perception
- High level of comfort working on roofs and at heights
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently with little supervision and work well with others
- Interest in stable employment and career advancement within a growing organization
- Knowledge of MS office programs, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Ability to pass a pre-hire and random drug screens
- Clean MVR and ability to operate a company vehicle
- Age 18+
- NABCEP certification preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 1+ years’ experience in solar installation
- Good understanding of local and national electrical codes
- OSHA 10 or OSHA 30
- Electrical apprenticeship
