AGCO Corp has an exciting opportunity for a HR Business System Analyst to join its Global Human Resources Systems, Operations and Workforce Analytics department in Duluth, GA. Only 30 minutes outside of Atlanta, Duluth is home to AGCO headquarters. The location allows easy access to the big city lifestyle that Atlanta provides. The headquarters have grown to now include over 500 employees. In this position, you will drive the highest level of service and quality to our dealership network. 


The HR Business Systems Analyst II will work on a team responsible for a variety of processes and projects related to our HR systems, project and operational activities and workforce analytics as part of our Global HR Strategy. This role will serve as a liaison between the development and HR functions and will be responsible for gathering, defining, and documenting requirements and use cases.  


What you will do: 


  • Own assignments through implementation 

  • Have a general understanding of common business functions and terminology such as HR, finance, sales & marketing or aftersales  

  • Perform requirements gathering and related documentation including BRD’s and mockups 

  • Provides clear communications to multiple groups including business partners and IT located in various locations to support efficient changes or development 

  • Create test cases and performs testing including post deployment, maintain issues and requirements status in a tracking tool (Azure DevOps) 


What you will bring: 


  • 2 to 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst or related role

  • Experience with creating business processes and experience with HRIS systems or equivalent Enterprise systems

  • Analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting abilities





A plus if you have: 


  • Preferred experience with data governance, data analytics, and/or reporting
