Job Purpose and Impact
The HR Request Management Associate will be on a mission to shape and improve the HR Request Management tool, guidelines practices and adoption for +1600 HR users as well as provide consultation to support process redesign and improvements globally. The HR Service Delivery Model team aims to provide a consumer grade experience and proactively address employee and HR needs to enable our function to achieve more. The HR Request Management Associate will be responsible for supporting operational processes and procedures related to HR Request Management processes as well as leading projects per the HRIS roadmap. You will work as subject matter authority to resolve complex inquiries and support global initiatives in collaboration with multiple partners across HR delivery teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Plan, coordinate and lead cross-team initiatives in line with the Request Management roadmap. Roadmap focuses on enhancing features and adoption for employees, managers, and HR agents from a technological and process point of view.
- Responsible for requirements gathering, consultation, and stakeholder management for HR Request Management solution.
- Closely partner with IT Request Management team and provide operational support on service issues.
- Create and maintain work instructions and standard operating procedures for current processes to identify areas of improvement.
- Handle monthly conversations with partners, attend to meetings related to human resources specific process and plan activities to guarantee deliverable deadlines.
- Independently solve moderately complex issues with minimal supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Knowledge of human resources methodologies
- Strong technical, data and consulting skills as well as ability to translate HR needs to technical capabilities are crucial for this role
- Demonstrated track record in taking initiative, proposing solutions, working independently and handling multiple priorities simultaneously
- Ability to articulate and logically communicate concepts with both technical and non-technical audiences
- Exposure to human resources tools and related applications
- Proficient in customer service and shared services tools used in service request resolution
- Previous experience in partner and change management
