Freedom Solar Power is now hiring Inside Sales Reps! The purpose of this role is to convert warm leads into appointments for Freedom Solar Power’s Sales Team to close the sale. This will be done via consultative phone sales outreach with prospects that have expressed interest in rooftop solar. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for qualifying, educating & scheduling the prospect.

Day to day, you’ll be selling/scheduling new prospect appointments for all of Freedom Solar Power’s market regions (Houston, DFW, Austin, San Antonio, Tampa, Orlando, Raleigh, Charlotte, and Norfolk) through outbound calls, as a follow-up to form inquires that are being generated by Facebook, Instagram, Google ads, etc. This opportunity is VERY fast-paced as we are a high-growth company.

Qualifications:

    • At Freedom Solar Power, we value work ethic, coachability, competitiveness, and your past sales results more than your degree, GPA, etc. Have you delivered results in a similar role in the past? If so, that’s what we’re looking for.
    • At least 1 year of VERY high performance as a sales rep is required.
    • CRM & sales process experience is required.
    • At least 2 years of phone sales experience
    • Experience with low-ticket, high-volume sales 
This opportunity offers uncapped competitive compensation! We pay more $$$, you make more $$$, and we have quality leads to call. You have the potential to earn six figures if you can be consistent, we give you about 300 leads a day. You will earn about $60,000k if you set 4 appointments a day and $86,000k if you set 6 appointments a day!! THIS EARNING POTENTIAL IS UNCAPPED, you can set your paycheck in this inside sales center.
