IT Technician
Department: IT
Reports to: Director of IT & Facilities
Job Summary:
The help desk technician will be responsible for troubleshooting end user computer issues,responding to basic requests (key fobs, email access, systems access, etc.), maintaining end user equipment throughout the environment.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Duties/Responsibilities:
The IT Technician will focus on the upkeep and maintenance of the following:
Desktops, Laptops, Monitors, Docking Stations, Peripherals, Printers
Phones
POS systems
Annual refresh
AV System
Microsoft 365/G Suite administration
Additional duties:
Assisting other departments with moving boxes and/or equipment
Building furniture
Hanging TVs, whiteboards, shelving, etc.
Other duties as assigned by manager, director, and CFO
