Position Summary
Help Property operations run smoothly by ensuring the overall condition property is kept in proper operating condition. Lead a team of porters and housekeepers to maintain the facility amenities, common areas and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
+ Direct, supervise and coordinate all janitorial activities and projects
+ Teach and train janitorial staff how to safely operate and maintain all types of cleaning supplies, equipment and chemical agents
+ Plan and implement modifications or improvements to facilities
+ Respond to emergency situations in a timely and efficient manner
+ Resolve and follow-up on all complaints and issues
+ Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building
+ Schedule and assign work responsibilities to employees to meet shift requirements
+ Perform regular inspections of property and common areas for any repairs or clean ups as needed
+ Ensure all emergency situations are handled within a timely manner
+ Maintain a directory of emergency response personnel in the event of a flood or fire

What we are looking for
+ Proven leadership experience
+ Proven experience as a Maintenance Technician or Housekeeper
+ Knowledge of cleaning methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions
+ Able to use tools, equipment, and chemicals safely
+ Superior manual dexterity skills
+ Organized, with the ability to prioritize and adjust to incoming demands
Education and Experience
+ High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
+ HOA and/ or residential maintenance preferred
Physical Demands and Working Environment
+ Able to safely lift and/ or carry 50 pounds
+ Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time
+ Able to work in various weather conditions (heat, rain, cold, wind, etc.)

Work Location: Optima Biltmore Towers, 4808 N 24th Street Phoenix, AZ 85016
Work Hours: Rotating, full-time schedule with on-call duties as required
