Job Qualifications
A proven track record of executing client growth, retention, and satisfaction strategies to meet goals
A proven track record of the ability to prioritize, organize, and multi-task in a flexible and fast-paced environment to effectively meet deadlines
Demonstrates initiative and accountability when decision-making
Identifies, owns, and executes internal initiatives to enhance productivity within the agency
Must demonstrate the ability to lead and train others
Exemplary written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrates strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate a story with data analytics
Strategic and creative thinking when solving problems
Working knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Social Media Marketing, Paid Search, and Lead Generation
Proficient skills in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Required Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications or another related field
5+ years of account management with client facing experience
2+ years of experience leading entry-level employees
Experience with project management software such as ClickUp and Salesforce is a plus
Digital Marketing, Advertising, or media industry experience preferred
