OneDigital is looking for an emerging marketing rock star to join our organization at an entry-level position as a marketing coordinator. We're looking for an individual who demonstrates a hunger to soak up everything they can about marketing, dive right into major projects, work collaboratively and start on a career track with a company that’s experiencing explosive growth. We want digital natives and people who are excited to get their hands dirty on everything from marketing automation to event support to consumer design, from a/b testing to content writing.

The team believes in high performance, collaboration, authentic communication, open feedback and overall excellence. You’ll have opportunities to contribute to a wide variety of marketing functions—including building the brand regionally and locally, planning industry events (both in person and virtual), designing collateral, and spreading your love of email through marketing automation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support Regional Marketing Manager and Marketing Specialists to execute on various marketing initiatives including but not limited to digital marketing, events, and content creation;

  • Review emails, blog/event posts, requests for proposals and other content pieces for spelling, grammar and accuracy and ensure all content maintains the OneDigital brand voice;

  • Assist with creating content (e.g. emails, ad copy, video and other content pieces) that educate our clients and our prospects on the advantage of being a part of the OneDigital family;

  • Curate engagement analytics reports to share with and/or present to management on performance of website content, email campaigns, lead score changes, engagement source traffic, form submissions, etc.;

  • Assist with building and managing segmented social media profiles and presence, including Instagram and Facebook;

  • Assist with creation of email campaigns;

  • Assist in the execution of events (in person, local events and webinars);

  • Assist with formatting and design requests, and copy creation for marketing collaterals, i.e.; PowerPoint decks, one sheets, brochures, case studies, etc.;

  • Organize and maintain Marketing files;

  • Assist and participate in internal culture committee;

  • Work with external vendors to purchase marketing swag, event props (i.e. signage, give aways, etc.), or export project requests.

Qualifications, Skills and Requirements:

  • Comfortable with technology, Microsoft Office Suite especially, and using online software to manage your work;

  • Proactive, energetic, and ready to dive in and get your hands dirty;

  • Ability to coordinate the activities of the marketing staff, in-house technical staff and other outside vendors to accomplish multiple, concurrent deadlines;

  • Must have excellent grammar, writing, communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to thrive handling multiple projects in a fast-paced, independent or team environment;

  • Strong problem solving skills, organizational skills and acute attention to detail

  • Ability to build strong lasting relationships;

  • Must be self-motivated and disciplined, and willing to learn;

  • Must be responsive and adaptable to fast-changing project decisions and requests;

Education, Training and Experience:

  • Must have general marketing experience, or the ability to demonstrate marketing internships as a result of a four-year degree program;

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Information Design or a related field;

  • Experience working with majority of the following: social, (LinkedIn, Instagram, FB, etc.) digital, (CMS, WordPress, Vimeo, Animoto, Flipsnack is a plus), design (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus) and data (Microsoft Dynamics for Marketing [D4M]), organizational platforms (Microsoft Teams, Asana, Microsoft 365);

  • Must be proficient using Zoom;

  • Bonus points for prior experience with podcast or video-editing

The typical base pay range for this role nationwide is $21.00 to $26.00 per hour.


Your base pay is dependent upon your skills, education, qualifications, professional experience, and location. In addition to base pay, some roles are eligible for variable compensation, commission, and/or annual bonus based on your individual performance and/or the company’s performance.
